CHICKEN & MUSHROOM LASAGNE

Craving something new? Our Chicken & Mushroom Lasagne is not your average lasagne, offering a flavourful twist that’s anything but ordinary. Think layers of tender chicken, button mushrooms and a creamy sauce, all finished with a golden cheese crust – hand-made in the Shingle Inn Bakery for that genuine home-cooked feel.

We’re serving it with a bright salad of mesclun lettuce, red onion, cherry tomato, cucumber and carrot, all drizzled with our house-made honey mustard dressing.
