Stephanie is a swimmer who trains 18 hours a week to achieve her very best.
In April of this year, Stephanie travelled to Adelaide to compete at the Australian Age Championships where she competed in the 14 years 100m butterfly event.
She also headed off to Czechoslovakia at the beginning of July, to participate in the “Keep Swimming Club.” This event is an exclusive training camp for promising swimmers aged 13 to 16 years, only taking 35 swimmers. Here she not only participated in an amazing training session with world renowned coaches at the most modern pools in the Czech Republic, she was also able to attend training in sports psychology, regeneration, nutrition and motivation at a state-of-the-art facility.
She is strong willed and determined and she’s able to push herself to the absolute limit. We wish her all the best in her future!
